Job Summary The Sourcing Analyst supports West Bend's enterprise vendor management function by enabling and execuiting contract and vendor lifecycle activities, including contract negotiations, sourcing events, lifecycle governance, and commercial and pricing analysis. This role partners colsely with internal stakeholders and senior leaders to ensure vendor and contract management processes are consistent, data-driven, and aligned with enterprise objectives. The Sourcing Analyst applies analytical, commercial, and negotiation expertise to support effective vendor selection, contract outcomes, and ongoing vendor performance in alignment with enterprise standards and governance. Work Location This position offers both remote and hybrid work locations. Candidates who reside within 50 miles of an office location (West Bend, Madison, Appleton) will be offered a hybrid work schedule. Candidates who are fully remote (beyond 50 miles) may occasionally be asked to travel to an office location for in-person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and corporate events. Responsibilities & Qualifications Key Responsibilities: * Support and/or lead sourcing events, which may include RFIs, RFPs and competitive bid processes, in partnership with internal stakeholders. * Conduct commercial, pricing, and spend analysis to support sourcing recommendations, contract negotiations, and vendor selection decisions. * Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and renewals in collaboration with Legal, Vendor Management and internal stakeholders. * Support contract and vendor lifecycle governance activities, including onboarding, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and renewals. * Maintain accurate vendor, contract, and sourcing documentation within contract management systems. * Prepare analyses, summaries, and recommendations for leadership to support sourcing, vendor and contract-related decisions. * Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sourcing and contract activities align with enterprise policies, risk considerations and business objectives. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardization, and enhanced data quality within sourcing and vendor management activities. Preferred Experience and Skills: * 3+ years of procurement, contract, sourcing, or vendor management experience. * Knowledge of contract terms, conditions, and legal requirements and regulations. * Demonstrated experience supporting or leading sourcing events, contract negotiations, or vendor selection processes. * Strong analytical skills, including experience with spend analysis, pricing models, or financial evaluation of vendor proposals * Ability to translate data and analytics into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders and leadership. * Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, Information Technology and internal stakeholders. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities. * High attention to detail and judgment. * Approachable with strong listening skills. * P & C Insurance or Technology category experience preferred. Preferred Education and Training * Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or combination Salary Statement The salary range for this position is $77,204-$108,087.
