Job Overview & Essential Functions

MHC Financial Services, LLC represents MHC as their captive finance company facilitating the sale and delivery of Kenworth, Volvo, Hino, and Isuzu trucks. As MHCFS continues to grow, we have an opening for a MHCFS - Director of Sales. The MHCFS - Director of Sales oversees the sales activities of the MHC Financial Services to ensure growth and profit objectives are met. Maintains an in-depth knowledge of the market so that MHCFS continues to deliver competitive products with excellent customer service to our customers. Networks to identify potential candidates and vendors to further the effectiveness of our sales efforts. Establishes training programs and ensures training is completed.

  • Develops plans and strategies for increasing business and achieving the sales goals of MHCFS.
  • Calls on existing accounts and prospective customers to promote lasting business relationships.
  • Formulates partnerships with internal and external partners to develop a compelling value package for customers, and that drives revenue streams for the business unit.
  • Manages pipeline and scorecard measures to create accountability.
  • Works with PACCAR Financial Services to ensure the communication of efforts and results are coordinated effectively between our two groups.
  • Recruits, develops and trains sales team to ensure objectives are met.
  • Works with the Marketing Department in development of finance programs and other promotional materials.
  • Develops training programs and coordinates sales and product training events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess training skills and the ability to develop sales personnel.
  • Must have strong selling skills and professional presentation skills.
  • Must be willing to travel at least 50% of the time.
