As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a highly visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, respond to alarms and/or calls for service, and communicate clearly with site personnel and visitors while delivering strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial chemical and/or petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, processing areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify irregular conditions.
• Monitor access points and control entry and exit for employees, contractors, and deliveries using visitor verification and badge and/or credential checks consistent with post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and supporting local emergency responders as directed.
• Complete detailed reports and logs, including patrol observations, incident reports, and shift activity documentation, and communicate notable conditions to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
