What You Will Do:
Construction Manager II (State Roadway) for GFT Infrastructure, Inc. to work at our Richmond, VA loc. May telecommute 2 days/wk. Conducts and documents roadway construction project meetings with clients. Responds to solicitations and prepares roadway construction proposals and presentations. Prepares roadway construction contracts and cost estimates. Performs roadway constructability reviews and value engineering studies. Directs roadway project changes to achieve consistency and constructability. Analyzes preliminary roadway construction plans and project documentation for client. May be required to work in confined spaces. Will undergo background checks incl drug screen and MV check. Frequent regional travel (2-3 days/wk) to construction and meeting sites potentially exceeding 60 days/yr but less than 5 days/trip. Education | Experience:
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $138,200 - $159,700. Salary is dependent upon experience and geographic location.
