We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate **User Experience Designer** to join our client's dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences for complex programs and emerging product areas. You will serve as a subject-matter expert, guiding the evolution of holistic design languages and pioneering innovative solutions that prioritize user well-being and product integrity. Your strategic vision and hands-on execution will directly shape the user journey, ensuring seamless interactions and a powerful impact on the product's success.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Drive Strategic Outcomes:** Own the end-to-end UX strategy and execution for advanced interactive experiences, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and immersive communication paradigms.

* **Lead Design Initiatives:** Navigate complex challenges, define scalable approaches, and develop long-term product strategies that guide adjacent design efforts.

* **Collaborate & Influence:** Work closely with engineering, product management, and research teams to negotiate design intentions, define technical constraints, and translate user needs into impactful solutions.

* **Champion User-Centered Design:** Partner with researchers to plan and conduct usability studies, translating feedback into actionable design improvements and advocating for user insights.

* **Innovate & Execute:** Create innovative solutions based on deep user insights and business requirements, driving a holistic design process and developing a clear design vision with partners.

* **Ensure Quality & Accessibility:** Leverage design and prototyping tools to develop high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes, applying robust UX frameworks, and ensuring all accessibility guidelines are met.

* **Mentor & Guide:** Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers, fostering creativity and excellence in product ideation and research.

* **Evaluate & Optimize:** Utilize key data and metrics to evaluate product impact, understand user trends, and analyze the competitive landscape to drive continuous improvement.

* **Build Consensus:** Manage stakeholders effectively, building consensus across teams and aligning project priorities with broader business objectives.

**Qualifications:**

* **Minimum Experience:** 5+ years of professional experience in UX design.

**Required Skills & Expertise:**

* Proficiency in: Data analysis, Product design, Interactive technology, UX research methodology, Product development lifecycle, Aesthetic sensibility, User behavior, Presentations, Storytelling, Systems thinking, and Craftsmanship.

* Universally accessible design & Systems thinking.

* Product design & Development lifecycle.

* Programming & Technical exploration/prototyping.

* Domain-specific knowledge & platform-specific UX knowledge.

* Situational leadership & Presentations.

* Data analysis, synthesis, and documentation.

* User behavior analysis.

* Expert-level proficiency in Figma.

* Proficiency with standard collaboration and project management tools.

**Must-Haves:**

* Strong interaction design skills and the ability to produce clear end-to-end flows and interaction specifications.

* Proficiency in Figma and experience working effectively with design systems within Figma.

* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, adept at working across cross-functional teams.

* A keen visual aesthetic and a clean visual design sense; visual polish is a plus.

**Nice-to-Haves / Bonuses:**

* Experience with consumer-facing products, particularly in areas such as calendaring/booking flows, video conferencing, or similar scheduling interfaces.

* Familiarity with established design systems and product patterns.

* Experience in products featuring clear multi-step flows (e.g., e-commerce checkout, payments, automotive infotainment), demonstrating a strong understanding of interaction clarity.

* Experience with advanced prototyping or AI-driven design platforms.

* Experience with Rive for 3D/motion design.

* Prototyping with ProtoPie.
