We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join a world-class team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on exposure to inventory management, planning operations, and data-driven decision-making within a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring supply chain efficiency-supporting inventory optimization, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact business performance and customer experience.

What You'll Do



  • Inventory & Planning Support:

    Manage inventory data and contribute to planning processes to ensure product availability and operational continuity
  • Data Accuracy & Reporting:

    Conduct detailed data validation and integrity checks; identify gaps and implement improvements across reporting tools
  • Process Optimization:

    Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable solutions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Partner with teams across planning, logistics, operations, and finance to align on priorities and execute effectively
  • Special Projects:

    Support strategic initiatives focused on improving supply chain performance, forecasting, and operational workflows
  • Tools & Analytics:

    Enhance and develop Excel-based models and BI tools to improve visibility and decision-making


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (recent grads encouraged)
  • 0-2 years of professional or internship experience
  • Strong academic performance (GPA 3.0+ preferred)
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:


    • Large data set management

    • Pivot Tables
    • XLOOKUP / VLOOKUP
    • Intermediate formulas and data structuring


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • High level of emotional intelligence and adaptability
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Customer-first mindset with sound judgment on issue escalation


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience with Power BI (dashboarding, reporting, data visualization)
  • Exposure to supply chain, operations, or planning environments
