UX Designer (III)

Partnering with Aquent, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive, impactful, and scalable solutions that redefine industry standards. In this influential role, you will own the outcomes for complex projects and emerging areas, defining scalable and sustainable approaches to solve challenging problems with limited precedent. You will be instrumental in developing and championing long-term user experience and product strategies, guiding multiple design efforts, and introducing alternative perspectives that challenge conventional thinking. Your deep expertise in UX design principles, user-centered methodologies, design systems, and research tools will be critical in delivering innovative solutions and ensuring the highest quality of design work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers to effectively communicate, negotiate, and influence design intent, guiding design specifications such as mock-ups and product models for successful implementation.
• Utilize and propose new data and metrics to thoroughly evaluate product impact, understand the product ecosystem, user trends, and industry landscape through cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvements in design based on UX testing and stakeholder input, providing essential feedback to engage stakeholders and achieve product goals.
• Build consensus across diverse teams and secure support for design strategies from key stakeholders, clearly communicating design approaches and proactively addressing potential challenges.
• Contribute significantly to developing project priorities aligned with broader objectives, and coordinate resource allocation within your project team, actively seeking opportunities to expand responsibilities.
• Create impactful design solutions informed by user insights, business needs, and industry trends, directly supporting stakeholders in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop innovative design solutions for user, product, and business challenges, anticipating evolving design constraints and articulating the rationale behind design choices.
• Lead the implementation of a holistic design process, design system, or design language across various teams and products, performing design and testing processes to build support for a unified design vision.
• Guide other UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation, user research, and testing, or conduct independent research to inform appropriate design directions.
• Apply, adapt, and define UX design frameworks, including principles, patterns, and systems. Leverage writing and design tools to visualize ideas, develop mock-ups, or create prototypes, tailoring deliverables independently to product or platform requirements while adhering to style guides and accessibility guidelines.
• Propose strategic ideas to enhance user experience by analyzing and anticipating user needs through collaboration, and resolve constraints within strategy, product, or technology.
