We are seeking a passionate and highly organized individual to step into a pivotal role supporting marketing initiatives. This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer loyalty, engagement, and the evolution of the brand's direct-to-consumer experience. You will be instrumental in driving forward key campaigns and innovative strategies that resonate with a vast and dedicated customer base.

Your work will directly influence customer journeys, campaign execution, and the adoption of cutting-edge engagement tactics across various digital channels, playing a crucial part in elevating the overall brand experience.

**What You'll Do:**

* **Campaign Support & Execution:**

* Assist in the development and rollout of retention-focused campaigns, including loyalty programs, seasonal activations, and personalized outreach.

* Coordinate timelines, asset delivery, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

* Help identify innovative messages for incremental editorial approaches to drive engagement.

* **Campaign Coordination:**

* Assist in the planning of customer relationship management activations across email, SMS, push, and app channels.

* Maintain the customer relationship management benefits calendar and ensure alignment with broader marketing and promotional timelines.

* Maintain a short-form video platform calendar and assist with coordination of activations across functional teams, public relations, and other internal business units.

* Assist with review of short-form video content creators for initial approval and ongoing monitoring of their live content.

* **Innovation & Testing:**

* Support pilot programs and A/B testing strategies for new marketing tactics (e.g., SMS, experimental activations).

* Track performance metrics and compile learnings to inform future innovation efforts.

* **Journey Mapping & Opportunity Identification:**

* Assist in identifying key customer lifecycle moments (e.g., welcome, post-purchase, winback/at-risk, price drop) where journey-based marketing can drive engagement and retention.

* Collaborate with customer relationship management and analytics teams to analyze performance data and uncover gaps or friction points in existing journeys.

* Support the development of new journey-based campaigns (including channel specific or cross channel such as email/SMS and site or social) that align with seasonal priorities, product launches, and audience segments.

* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

* Partner with email, SMS, and direct-to-consumer site teams to align messaging and marketing strategies.

* Work with creative and digital teams to ensure assets and functionality meet campaign goals and brand standards.

* **Reporting & Insights:**

* Lead follow-ups with Consumer Insights and Analytics to measure results and build future learnings.

* Maintain campaign trackers and compile weekly performance summaries.

* **Administrative & Operational Support:**

* Prepare agendas, document action items, and capture next steps for meetings.

* Provide project management activation follow-ups and logistics for activations.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

* 1-2 years of internship or entry-level experience in marketing, preferably in retail, consumer products, or entertainment.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
