Join a global leader in entertainment and media, a company renowned for bringing beloved stories and experiences to life for millions worldwide. This innovative organization is at the forefront of digital engagement, constantly seeking new ways to connect with its vast audience and create unforgettable moments. We're partnering with Aquent to find exceptional talent to contribute to this mission.

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for crafting impactful digital experiences? We're seeking a dynamic individual to revolutionize how we connect with our audience through cutting-edge messaging solutions. In this pivotal role, you won't just build; you'll design, deploy, and analyze the very strategies that drive user engagement and shape the future of our digital communications. Your expertise will directly influence how our messages resonate, ensuring every interaction is high-quality, relevant, and truly memorable for our diverse user base.

You will be central to driving user engagement improvements by expertly tuning our messaging to discrete cohorts. Your accountability spans the entire lifecycle of a solution, from initial design to successful deployment and the critical analysis of its impact. This role is crucial for maintaining a high-quality user experience through rigorous quality assurance and collaborative peer feedback, directly contributing to the company's success in fostering deeper connections with its audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with marketing strategists in refinement sessions to deeply understand and finalize their campaign requirements.
  • Develop and propose innovative custom or experimental messaging solutions tailored to specific marketing strategies, securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • Construct robust messaging solutions, rigorously conducting self-quality assurance testing to ensure excellence.
  • Facilitate and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with marketers for custom-built solutions, ensuring they meet strategic objectives.
  • Perform peer-review quality assurance for team members, ensuring all messaging solutions are deployment-ready and meet the highest standards.
  • Proactively monitor solution deployments for a defined period, swiftly identifying and addressing any potential bugs or issues.
  • Leverage business intelligence reporting and analytical queries to measure the impact of deployed solutions, translating insights into actionable recommendations for future refinements and team reporting.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing operations, analytics, or similar applied roles.
  • 1+ years of experience actively contributing to agile team environments.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in coding template scripting languages (e.g., liquid, handlebars).
  • Solid working knowledge of best practices across various messaging channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging).
  • Proven experience in designing and executing experiments with a focus on minimizing bias.
  • An unwavering commitment to quality, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to readily identify potential issues.
  • Exceptional writing skills for crafting clear documentation, detailed solution designs, and insightful reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with globally diverse cultures.
  • A curious and analytical mindset, driven by a desire for continuous improvement and expertise development.
  • Flexibility to be on-call for business-critical launches when required.
  • Verbal and written fluency in the English language.
  • An undergraduate degree with a quantitative focus in technology or business domains, or equivalent practical work experience.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Active certifications in leading messaging platforms.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and querying.
