In this role, you will be a key player in documenting entire launch processes, creating comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for complex workflows, and ensuring that our solutions are delivered seamlessly. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving operational efficiency, reducing errors, and establishing a single source of truth for critical processes, ultimately accelerating our ability to bring groundbreaking products to market. You'll lead critical initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and drive the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll focus on building a single, standardized source of truth for our end-to-end launch process documentation. A typical day might include:
- Setting up a platform for process documentation and manage it via back-end or/and front-end
- Convert Word documents into Markdown, upload them to the platform, and troubleshoot formatting issues
- Reviewing existing process documentation across various sources to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated information
- Meeting with subject matter experts (SMEs) to validate current processes and gather missing details
- Refining and organizing process content into a standardized documentation template that aligns with industry best practices
- Drafting or updating process steps, visuals, and guidance within the template to ensure accuracy, clarity, and ease of use
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the documentation reflects the latest process improvements and can serve as a reliable reference point across teams
- The ideal candidate for this position is who has extensive experience in setting up a page (especially "Wiki" type of page).
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline.
- PMP or PMI certification.
- 5-7 years of proven project management experience, demonstrating a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- 3+ years technical proficiency in documentation tools
- 3+ years of hands-on experience using documentation platforms and formats (e.g., Markdown)
- Understanding of version control, metadata tagging, and process visualization tools (e.g., Visio)
- Ability to apply industry best practices to improve documentation structure, and usability
- 3+ years of process documentation & knowledge management
- Proven experience documenting complex, end-to-end business processes, ideally in a launch, operations, or product environment
- Skilled at consolidating fragmented information from multiple sources into a single, standardized documentation format
- Familiarity with documentation best practices, taxonomy design, and content governance
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple workstreams or deliverables on schedule
- Experience managing timelines, stakeholder input, and feedback loops across cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated people management and team-building skills, with an ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in exercising judgment in a rapidly changing environment and to effectively manage competing priorities.
- Proven ability to learn complex business processes quickly and to collaborate effectively with business partners at various organizational levels.
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply sound management principles to technology applications, products, and business functions.
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in large-scale, multi-platform systems environments.
Nice-to-Have
- MBA or other related advanced degree.
- A strong technical background or experience, such as evidenced by a Computer Science degree.
- Familiarity with Markdown for documentation, demonstrating an understanding of efficient content creation.
