Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual passionate about the journey of a product from concept to consumer? This pivotal role offers you the chance to make a tangible impact by ensuring the seamless and timely delivery of critical product samples. You'll be the linchpin in a dynamic process, directly contributing to bringing exciting new designs and materials to life and accelerating our speed to market.

In this role, you will be instrumental in navigating the complex landscape of product sampling, ensuring every step is meticulously managed and executed. Your contributions will directly influence product readiness and market launch success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Oversee the entire product sampling lifecycle, from initial material preparation to final sample delivery.

* Coordinate the prepositioning of sample yardage to support development timelines.

* Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of product samples for crucial milestone meetings.

* Meticulously track and report on sample yardage and garment sample readiness.

* Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Development, and Raw Materials, to identify and resolve challenges, proposing innovative solutions to optimize ready dates.

* Maintain consistent and effective communication with external vendors and suppliers, gathering essential information to support internal decision-making.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Demonstrated ability to be highly detail-oriented and organized.

* Proven capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

* Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with professionals at all organizational levels.

* Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

* A positive and proactive attitude.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience in product development.

* Knowledge of raw materials and/or fabric.

* Direct experience with Centric PLM.
