Hybrid role in office 3 days per week, 8 AM- 5 PM Monday through Friday, Laptop provided. Opportunity for extension or conversion based on attendance, performance and availability of an FTE role We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-focused Operations & Client Service Specialist to join our operations team. This role supports critical daily reporting, manages highly sensitive client data, and provides exceptional service to highnetworth individuals and financial advisors. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker, an excellent communicator, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a fastpaced, deadline-driven environment. *Key Responsibilities* * Process, review, and manage daily operational reports within strict timeframes. * Handle confidential and sensitive client information with accuracy and discretion. * Provide phone-based support to clients and financial advisors (approximately 50% of the workday). * Deliver a servicefirst experience in all interactions, maintaining professionalism and composure. * Collaborate closely with team members in both virtual and inperson settings. * Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and feedback discussions. * Utilize Microsoft Office Suite-primarily Excel, Outlook, and Word-at an advanced level. * Pull preexam documents for examiners. * Monitor the PCG Examiners Inbox and respond to inquiries from branches, internal audit, and other departments. * Monitor the ESS Inbox to document fees and fines submitted by examiners. * Archive exam documents in the Service Center Portal. * Provide backup phone support when examiners are unavailable. *Required Qualifications* * Proven experience in a client service, operations support, or administrative support role. * High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure. * Professional and pleasant demeanor with a strong focus on client satisfaction. * Comfortable working with highnetworth individuals and financial professionals. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and responsibly manage sensitive information. * Willingness to engage fully in team meetings and collaborative projects (virtual and inperson). *Nice-to-Have Skills* * Previous experience in financial services or supporting advisors/examiners. * Familiarity with operational workflows, audit processes, or service center tools. * Experience working in a hybrid corporate environment. *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Southfield, MI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
