Role Summary: Reporting to the Digital Commerce Manager, the Digital Commerce Support Associate plays a key role in supporting Kendall's web presence by providing day-to-day support for all E-Commerce applications. This includes support for websites, mobile apps, and customer portals.

Exciting work you will do:

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Digital Commerce Support Associate will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Troubleshoot for all digital commerce applications/tools, directly supporting both customers and fellow Kendall Owner-Associates. This includes but is not limited to E-Commerce sites (BillTrust, Magento), Mobile App (Innovo OE Touch), VMI (Innovo Stockroom, Storeroom Logix), Live Chat, and ERP (Epicor Eclipse)
  • Support our customer's E-Commerce procurement portals (such as Ariba, Coupa, etc.), ensuring smooth customer onboarding and integration with our other platforms as possible. This includes working with our Digital Commerce Project Manager and appropriate technical teams to meet customer catalog requirements
  • Help document business processes relating to E-Commerce applications
  • Respond to E-Commerce and webmaster emails, or forward to appropriate department as needed
  • Live Chat administration and support
  • Be a resource to branch staff and sales with questions relating to E-Commerce
  • Process new web and app user registrations
  • Troubleshoot issues with digital orders and escalate to appropriate technical teams as needed; assist with testing and QA of updates to website
  • Make updates to static content on E-Commerce websites (as backup to E-Commerce Merchandiser or Marketing)
  • Assist with deployment of Vendor Managed Inventory initiatives (labeling, app setup, hardware), in coordination with other departments as needed
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

What you'll need:

  • Work Experience: 3 years' business experience in sales support and/or Helpdesk, web administration, or marketing
  • Required Education: Bachelor's degree in web development or IT or equivalent experience
  • Analytics/Computer Skills: Capable of analytical thinking and software troubleshooting
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines
  • Cross-functional Skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally and communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal communications, problem-solving, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills

Qualifications we prefer but do not require:

  • Work Experience: Background in industrial distribution
  • Software/Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript; proficiency with Microsoft Excel tools such as VLOOKUP, Fuzzy Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.
