The Employee Experience & Engagement Coordinator supports the development, coordination, and delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen connection, culture, and belonging at CPS Energy. This role plays a key part in designing and implementing programs that enhance the employee lifecycle-from creating an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires to supporting ongoing engagement, recognition, and organizational culture-building efforts. Working closely with HR partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, this position leverages data, technology, and employee insights to improve processes, elevate the employee experience, and ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery across the organization. This role directly contributes to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and connected to CPS Energy's mission and community. Tasks and Responsibilities
Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Mid-level experience in office management or project coordination
Knowledge of SAP
Proficient in Microsoft Office Package, including word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software, electronic mail and scheduling
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Must have favorable driving record Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited university or relevant work experience can be substituted in lieu of degree. Required Certifications
Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi- functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events. Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
