We are seeking an exceptional individual to drive the vertical video and short-form content experience, directly influencing audience engagement and platform innovation. What You'll Do:



  • Serve as the primary liaison between the product team, influencer teams, legal, and studio brand and title marketing teams, ensuring seamless alignment on content needs and delivery for programming initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of vertical and short-form assets for on-platform use, focusing on fan retention and engagement in line with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure all assets meet technical specifications and are optimized for user experience and discoverability within the platform's application.
  • Coordinate across internal and partner teams, providing regular updates, managing content calendars, facilitating feedback loops, and proactively resolving challenges.
  • Define and refine content sourcing and delivery processes, leveraging project management tools to track asset lifecycles and meet project timelines efficiently.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in vertical and short-form content, emerging platforms, and user behaviors, applying these insights to inform strategy and execution.
  • Uphold the highest standards of brand stewardship, ensuring all content delivered to the streaming platform adheres to company guidelines for quality, innovation, and brand safety.
  • Lead intake, prioritization, scheduling, and process improvement for content requests, fostering excellent cross-team collaboration.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or digital content management within consumer-facing media or entertainment.
  • Expert understanding of social platforms, digital video, and vertical/short-form content strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing collaborative projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management and tracking tools (e.g., presentation software).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of major studio brands, franchise content, and a premier streaming platform's positioning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Operations, or a related field.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience working directly with product, technology, or UX/UI teams on digital content experiences.
  • Familiarity with digital asset management workflows, vertical video production, and emerging social/video platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze digital engagement data and recommend optimizations for content performance.
