We're seeking an experienced Senior* Customer Service Representative* to support a highperforming Customer Experience Center. In this role, you'll handle inquiries related to contract administration, dealer portal access, and supply orders, while delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and chat. This position requires someone who brings professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems with accuracy. You'll partner with dealerships, lenders, internal teams, and field representatives to provide timely, accurate, and individualized support. What You'll Do * Respond to inquiries from dealerships, field representatives, customers, and lenders. * Provide personalized customer service via phone, email, and chat. * Apply product, service, and policy knowledge to resolve issues. * Address and resolve customer questions, complaints, and contract-related concerns. * Deliver technical support for dealer portal access and troubleshooting. * Generate reports and ensure accuracy using internal tools. * Collaborate with internal departments, including leadership. Required Skills & Experience * Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required). * 2+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment. * Strong verbal, written, and active listening communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly. * Ability to multitask across multiple systems and screens; strong typing & data entry skills. * Emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and a customerfirst mindset. * Ability to manage highpressure customer interactions with professionalism. * Must be able to work the required hybrid schedule. * High school diploma or equivalent required. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Earth City, MO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
