TEKsystems is seeking an experienced *IT Manufacturing Site Support Supervisor* to lead a distributed team of Site Support Specialists across U.S. manufacturing facilities, job sites, and corporate locations. Reporting to the *Service Desk Manager*, this leader will ensure consistent, high-quality technical support while driving operational excellence and standardization across all supported sites.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on leader who can balance people management, process improvement, and technical oversight to ensure reliable, scalable IT support that keeps production running efficiently and aligns with business goals. *What You'll Do* *Leadership & Team Management* * Supervise a geographically distributed team of IT Site Support Specialists. * Provide daytoday coaching, mentoring, and career development. * Conduct performance reviews and set measurable objectives. * Build staffing schedules and workload assignments for effective site coverage. * Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. *Operational Oversight* * Ensure consistent application of IT processes, standards, and procedures across all facilities. * Act as the primary escalation point for complex or highimpact technical issues. * Oversee site-level infrastructure support including end-user devices, servers, printers, networking, and specialized manufacturing hardware. * Monitor and manage team KPIs and SLAs, addressing performance gaps proactively. *Manufacturing IT Expertise* * Support and troubleshoot manufacturing systems such as *ERP, MES, TAKT, PLM, timekeeping solutions*, and other production-related platforms. * Translate business and sitelevel operational needs into actionable IT support strategies. *Cross-Functional Collaboration* * Partner closely with IT leadership, Site/Plant leadership, Business Partners, and other IT teams. * Align site support operations with enterprise initiatives including *ServiceNow, M365*, and security compliance. * Serve as a central liaison to ensure smooth communication between site teams and corporate IT. *Continuous Improvement & Documentation* * Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and proactive issue reduction. * Standardize knowledge articles, SOPs, and support playbooks across all sites. * Maintain accurate asset records, system configurations, and support documentation within ServiceNow. * Build dashboards and reports to visualize site health, ticket trends, and performance metrics. * Implement improvement initiatives and report outcomes to leadership. *Compliance* * Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. * Perform additional related duties as assigned. *Preferred Skills & Experience* * Proven experience supervising or leading IT support teams (distributed team leadership a major plus). * Strong technical experience supporting manufacturing environments. * Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills across all organizational levels. * Ability to make clear, confident decisions under pressure. * Experience using ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and standard enterprise support tools. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to drive process improvements and standardization. *Job Type & Location*This is a Permanent position based out of Menasha, WI. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
