We are hiring a Manufacturing Recruiter to join our team in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Responsibilities: * Provide full-cycle recruitment support with a primary focus on hourly manufacturing roles * Source, screen, interview, schedule, and support candidates through the hiring process, including plant tours * Partner with hiring managers by sourcing candidates and providing qualified resumes * Develop, maintain, and post job descriptions internally and externally across multiple recruiting platforms * Maintain accurate recruiting records, tracking metrics, and reports * Serve as the primary point of contact for new hire communications * Conduct hourly new hire orientations as needed * Evaluate candidates based on experience, education, skills, and job-related qualifications * Maintain and manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows * Attend and support career fairs, job fairs, and local recruiting events * Build and maintain relationships with local schools, agencies, and community partners * Support HR team initiatives to improve processes and enhance the employee experience * Coordinate and support employee engagement and company events * Assist with HR projects, employee relations, and labor relations activities * Support the development, revision, and implementation of HR processes and procedures * Conduct termination processes including exit interviews, survey analysis, follow-up, and post-termination communications * Prepare regular and ad hoc reports related to headcount, attrition, turnover, attendance, and performance metrics Qualifications * Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field * 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment * Experience with full-cycle recruiting and hourly workforce hiring * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook * Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); HRIS experience preferred * Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations (FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, etc.) preferred * Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels * High attention to detail with strong organizational, problem-solving, and process improvement skills * Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism * Adaptable, agile, and flexible in a fast-paced and changing environment, including periods of organizational transition * Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external partners Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, WI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
