Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work On-site with our client in Fremont, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Inspecting, auditing and maintaining lab areas for safety, 6S and intellectual property (IP).
  • Sustaining & governing existing lab services Supporting lab improvement projects by working with project managers and cross functional team to minimize inventory variances, solve lab issues and implement improved processes for safety, IP and efficiency.
  • Investigate / identify necessary preventive measures to assure there are no re-occurrence of the issues.
  • Gather/provide feedback from the lab users to improve lab services Be part of "helpdesk" team to answer questions, help lab users for their request and provide lab materials.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $ 30/hour

Hours: 40hours/week

Length: Contract (24 month)

Job Requirements

Required skills:

  • Associate's Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lab operations, facilities support, or semiconductor manufacturing environments.

Preferred skills:

  • Strong Communication & Collaboration.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak)
  • Excellent core values & team player.
  • Conscientious and reliable in the completion of tasks
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (outlook, TEAMs, excel, ppt) and prefer to know QuickBase as well.

Additional Information

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
  • Capable of working in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment and able to work in lab 80-90% of the time and 5 days a week
  • Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
