Your Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of electrical and/or mechanical experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment using hand tools, gauges, meters, and service manuals
• Professional customer service skills with effective communication and telephone etiquette
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and implement effective solutions
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to preventing workplace risks and injuries

Preferred:

• Associate's Degree or vocational certification
• Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking and/or refrigeration equipment
• Position/location-specific certifications or licenses as required

The Day to Day

• Install basic mechanical commercial food equipment and assist with advanced installations as needed
• Maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial food equipment on contract and time & material (T&M) service calls
• Perform and document preventative maintenance services
• Follow all company safety programs and standard operating procedures
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience to support branch and company financial objectives
• Maintain current knowledge of equipment, industry standards, and service practices
• Safeguard assigned company assets, including vehicles, tools, and inventory
• Comply with safe driving and company operational policies
• Complete additional duties or special projects as assigned
