opportunity with Yoh's well-known manufacturing client located in Arlington, TX.

Workers' Comp Case Manager working within the occupational health clinic. Coordinate work-related injury and illness cases from first report through safe return-to-work (RTW) or appropriate alternative placement. The role is focused on reducing days away from work, supporting stay-at-work (SAW) options, and improving ROI through evidence-based case management, timely communication, and close collaboration with internal and external partners.

--> Shifts: Monday - Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm(may roll over into 3rd shift as-needed)

Top Skills You Should Possess:

  • Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of Texas
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in occupational health case management and workers' compensation, with emphasis on work-related injuries (preferred)
  • Workers' compensation concepts and claim processes
  • Flexible, adaptable, reliable, friendly, and helpful employee
  • High level of initiative and sound independent judgment



What You'll Be Doing:

  • Complete initial and ongoing assessments (injury/illness history, job demands, functional status, psychosocial/workplace factors)
  • Develop, document, and update individual case plans with clear treatment steps, follow-up intervals, functional goals, restrictions, and escalation criteria
  • Coordinate care with on-site occupational health, external providers/therapists, and workers' compensation/TPA (as applicable)
  • Work with supervisors, HR/LR, Safety, Ergonomics, and clinicians to design practical RTW/SAW plans aligned with essential job functions and medical recommendations
  • Translate medical restrictions into specific, time-limited work accommodations (e.g., modified duty, task changes, graduated hours) consistent with policy and regulations
  • Provide timely, clear communication to employees about their plan of care, appointments, and RTW/SAW expectations; perform structured follow-up (e.g., 24-48-hour check-ins)
  • Act as a liaison among employees, providers, TPAs, and internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated, efficient care and consistent messaging
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the designated medical/occupational health system(s)
  • Use case data (days away, restricted days, time to RTW/SAW, follow-up timeliness) to:
    • Identify avoided lost-time days and reduced claim costs.
    • Recommend process improvements that further reduce time away from work and enhance value.





What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Computer skills with previous experience using EMR (Cority experience a plus!)
  • Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills (communicate effectively with employees, providers, and operational leaders)
  • OSHA recordability and basic occupational safety/health concepts
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) - preferred
