Job Description
This position willlead a variety oflarge projects or programsto apply Program Management principles and tools to ensure Quest Diagnostics isefficientand effective inthe delivery of its services, solutions, and processeswhile improving customerand employeesatisfaction.This position will also be responsible for coaching others to learn and apply Program Management principles and tools to their daily work. In addition, this position may lead a team of project management specialists through a portfolio of medium projects while coaching others in the organization to learn and apply Program Management principles and tools to their daily work. This is a Near site position; preference will be given to someone residing close to one of our Major labs. Pay Range: $120,000 - $180,000/ year Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation. Qualifications: Required WorkExperience: Demonstrated experience leading large or complex projects with multiple workstreams from initiation to completion(7-10years experience) Preferred Work Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading Quality and Regulatory affairs transformation projects including Digital Programs Physical and Mental Requirements:
