Cape Fox Federal Integrators (CFFI) is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join the talented Warner Robins team.

Work Location: Hybrid

The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. The RPA SOC Procurement Manager supports the execution of the RPA SOC-E Warehouse Support contract by managing the full lifecycle of IT hardware, software, and material procurement in direct alignment with Government-approved Bills of Materials (BOMs), supply chain risk requirements, and lifecycle sustainment objectives.

This role is responsible for planning, sourcing, purchasing, tracking, and reporting all RPA SOC procurement actions, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, TAA, NDAA Section 889, and counterfeit prevention requirements. The Procurement Manager works closely with Government Program Managers, CORs, engineers, vendors, and warehouse operations to ensure equipment is procured from trusted sources, delivered on schedule, and fully accountable within ALMSS. Additionally manage the company ISO 9001 program to ensure compliance and assist with Business Development opportunities.

Core Duties:



  • Manage all phases of RPA SOC procurement support IAW PWS 3.6.
  • Evaluate Government-provided Bills of Materials (BOMs) and coordinate procurement actions upon written approval.
  • Research, source, and obtain three actionable vendor quotes per item, or document rationale when fewer quotes are available.
  • Procure hardware, software, and materials as "brand name or equal" unless otherwise directed.
  • Maintain complete procurement records including approvals, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and warranty documentation.
  • Support quarterly procurement cycles, out-of-cycle, and emergency purchases as mission requires.
  • Track End-of-Sale (EOS) and End-of-Support Life (EOSL) designations and recommend approved alternatives.
