Location: Remote only
Hours: Full time - 40 hrs per week
Job Summary:
The Financial Clearance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate insurance verification and authorization for all scheduled patients at City of Hope. This role oversees the full financial clearance process to support a smooth patient experience and successful revenue cycle operations.
The supervisor provides daytoday operational leadership, including personnel management, quality assurance, resource allocation, workflow oversight, process improvement, and occasional frontline support. Responsibilities include managing all functions related to financial clearance, such as insurance verification, LOA processing, scheduling/registration coordination, preservice cash collections, data entry and quality assurance, and pointofservice education.

Minimum Education
Minimum Experience
2+ years of healthcare experience in a lead or supervisory role
3+ years of patient access experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting
