As a Reach Truck Operator in Monroe, you're the backbone of the operation. You'll stack it, store it, and move it like a pro. Quick reflexes, smooth hands, and solid teamwork keep the freight moving and the day flying by.

Before You Grab the Controls

• Stand up reach truck experience
• Confident around tall racks and tight corners
• Able to lift (up to) 30 lbs. safely and often
• Pays attention to detail and safety rules
• Team player who gets the job done right

You'll run the reach truck through tall racks and tight aisles with confidence. Move product where it needs to go, pull orders, and keep pallets stacked right. Check labels, count loads, and help the team hit daily goals safely and on time.
