Summary: Cencora seeks a passionate and skilled mid-level UX Product Designer to join our growing product design team. This role will play a critical part in designing and evolving digital products that deliver meaningful, accessible, and intuitive user experiences for our customers. This role will collaborate closely with product owners, product specialists, engineers, and other designers/researchers to ensure the successful implementation of product design strategies. Under the direction of senior design leaders, this role is responsible for ensuring the voice of the customer is translated into meaningful, accessible, and easy-to-use capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong design and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive and functional designs.
