Job Description

Our Plex team is looking to add a Delivery Consultant to support Mach2 implementations for both domestic and international customers. As a manufacturing expert, your mission is to ensure customers successfully implement the Rockwell Automation - Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform and develop the customer team into self-sufficient Rockwell Automation - Plex Mach2 experts

You will report to the Global Delivery Manager and work remotely from any location in the United States.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Use your experiences ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting or Quality to provide consulting leadership to customers within the manufacturing industry.
  • Provide multi-faceted services for customers including new implementation; solution optimization design and implementation; packaged services; product and services expansion projects.
  • Engage in customer kick-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, and training timelines.
  • Monitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan and implementation timeline.
  • Gather and create accurate requirements for software configuration designed to meet the true business needs of the customer.
  • Gather information, research, and manage customer support requests from creation to completion.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 2+ years of experience within the manufacturing industry / operations and experience implementing an ERP/MES.
  • 2+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft SQL in a professional environment.
  • Familiarity with PLC programming.
  • Experience utilizing or implementing Plex Mach2.
  • Familiarity with Niagara or Kepware.
  • Prior experience with Boomi integration software.
  • Prior experience configuring software to meet customer requirements.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $73,040 - $109,560 with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
