Immediate Openings for Security Professionals!

As a Security Officer - Control Room Dispatch in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a government transit location, you will coordinate officer activity, monitor cameras and alarms, manage radio and phone communications, and help track and document security-related incidents. You will support routine patrol coverage by directing resources where needed, maintain a visible, service-focused presence, and deliver clear updates to partners and teammates. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to the location by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Operate the dispatch function by monitoring radio and/or phone traffic, prioritizing calls for service, and coordinating field officer response in accordance with post orders.
  • Monitor alarms, access control, and/or camera systems as assigned, document observations, and escalate unusual activity through the established chain of communication.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including relaying accurate information to supervisors and site contacts.
  • Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, maintain dispatch records, and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • CPR certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
  • A guard card and/or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
