As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that can help deter security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, support access control and basic reporting, and communicate clearly with site contacts while responding to concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout production, warehouse, office, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured doors, and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points such as gates, entrances, and loading dock areas; greet and direct visitors and drivers; and help manage check-in, badging, and/or key control per site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, medical events, and/or fire-related notifications, and coordinate with site contacts and public responders as directed.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to supervision and site leadership, and help support a professional, service-focused presence across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
