The Opportunity

Join Adobe's world-class financial team as a Sr. Financial Analyst on the Digital GTM Finance team! You will play an integral role in crafting the financial landscape for our digital business. Located in the city of San Jose, CA, you will join a dynamic team that drives strategic financial planning and analysis focused on the bold growth initiatives that shape the future of the Digital business. Through deep analysis, business partnership and clear execution, you will be a valued advisor to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.

What you'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to inform strategic decisions on a worldwide scale.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ambitious and data-backed financial targets.
  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics to ensure flawless execution of our strategies.
  • Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts to determine growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership across desktop, web and mobile applications.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience in practice.
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Strong proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $102,300 -- $196,450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $135,700 - $196,450

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
