• Previous torch cutting experience preferred
• Ability to perform dirty, physically demanding work in an outdoor environment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Must pass required Hot Works safety training
• Steel-toed boots and a sleeved shirt required
• Denim jeans only (dress code requirement)
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Operate a cutting torch to break down large metal pieces into manageable sizes (must pass Hot Works safety training)
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions (hot and cold environments)
• Perform heavy lifting of scrap metal and materials (50+ lbs)
• Sort, rake, weigh, and organize metal materials throughout the yard
• Assist with general site maintenance, including weed eating and mowing
• Interact professionally with customers, delivering or picking up materials
• Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures
• Remain flexible and assist with additional duties as assigned
