Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour + Depending on experience

Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What It Takes:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6+ months of previous assembly or manufacturing experience
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Steel-toes

What Your Shift Looks Like:

• Assemble arm components (armrests, brackets, padding, trim covers, hardware) per work instructions
• Install mechanical parts such as hinges, brackets, foam padding, and upholstery materials
• Use hand tools, air tools, and small power tools safely and effectively
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product meets quality standards
• Verify proper alignment, torque specifications, and fit of components
• Meet daily production targets and takt time requirements
• Identify and report defective materials or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S standards)
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist in other production areas as needed
