1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)

Looking for a reliable assembly job with growth potential? We're hiring Seat Assembly Associates to keep the shop humming and production goals on track.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 6 months - 1 year of previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Steel-toes
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What You'll Own:

• Assemble seat frames, foam, trim covers, and hardware per work instructions
• Install components such as recliners, tracks, headrests, and wiring as required
• Use hand tools, air tools, and small power tools safely and effectively
• Perform visual and functional quality checks on completed assemblies
• Maintain proper part orientation and torque specifications
• Meet daily production and takt time requirements
• Report quality defects, material shortages, or equipment issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation (5S standards)
• Follow all safety policies and required PPE guidelines
• Support team members and assist in other production areas as needed
