Job Purpose The Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead our retail customer management across the portfolio of products with P&L responsibility for sales objective attainment. The BDM will develop and execute semi-annual business plans that exceed the corporate sales goals with major wholesaler (UNFI) and leading independent retailers in the Southern California marketplace. Experience with Smart & Final, Vallarta, Superior, Northgate, El Super, Cardenas is preferred. This is a field position based in Southern California. Key Accountabilities: * Overall Southern California retailer business development, assisting in setting and executing Barilla objectives Desired Skills and Background: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience As of the date of this posting, the estimated pay range for this role is $125k-$130k plus eligibility to participate in the annual discretionary bonus plan. The actual pay for the position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to job-related experience, skills, education, location, and internal equity.
