FTE: 1.0 Shift: Days Schedule: Monday - Friday Ideal candidate will have experience with maintaining multiple calendars, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Position Summary The Provider Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the scheduling functions for Providers, maintaining the provider call log and ensuring that the locations are adequately staffed. The incumbent performs reconciliation of provider schedules and payroll records to track contractual shift quotas, analyzing and reporting out on the data. This position works independently and requires organization, attention to detail, and computer skills. The incumbent is available after hours by pager or cellular phone for schedule changes and must maintain a professional demeanor at all times.Requirements
