Looking for a warehouse job where you don't sit still and don't get bored? You've found it. We're hiring Warehouse Picker Packers for a fast-paced warehouse where you'll stay on your feet, keep your hands busy, and your playlist pumping.

You will be expected to:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, pick/pack, or fulfillment experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Quick learner; able to pick up tasks with minimal direction
• Strong work ethic and consistent productivity throughout the shift
• Proactive and self-motivated; keeps tasks moving without reminders
• Adaptable and able to shift between responsibilities as needed
• Hands-on and willing to support the team
• Comfortable with computers, scanners, and warehouse technology
• Team-oriented, able to help others, and integrate well with the group

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets or handheld scanners.
• Pack scuba diving gear (e.g., regulators, BCDs, wetsuits, masks, fins, tanks, accessories) securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify item numbers, sizes, and quantities before shipment.
• Inspect merchandise for defects or damage before packing.
• Label and stage completed orders for shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Follow proper handling procedures for delicate and high-value diving equipment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
