Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions, policies, and HR related matters
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and 401k
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws ( EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc)
• Assist managers with performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions
• Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and updates
• Coordinate employee training, safety, and development initiatives.
• Lead employee engagement and retention programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed by management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or oilfield service environments preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office experience and HRIS Systems preferred
