Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Scheduler to join our team. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules to ensure materials and jobs flow efficiently through the manufacturing process and customer delivery requirements are met.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the master production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation.
  • Translate orders into a sequential work schedule.
  • Plan and schedule workflow for press and production operations.
  • Confer with production and order entry staff to determine order status and priorities.
  • Work closely with Sales and Client Care teams to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Expedite orders as needed to address unforeseen production conditions.
  • Assess schedule performance and advise the team on status and required corrective actions.
  • Prepare reports and scheduling updates as needed.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and engineering to support material flow through production schedules.

Your Shift: Monday - Thursday | 6:00am - 4:00pm

You Must Have:

  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to work within multiple systems and create tools using Excel or Access.
  • Ability to plan and schedule materials through production schedules.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements Within This Position:

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
  • Frequently required to move inside the facility.
  • Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry).

Compensation:

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package for employees.
