Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Temporary Consultant to support our team by providing short-term training and knowledge transfer. This role is responsible for training a designated employee, documenting processes, and ensuring continuity of operations during the transition period.

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Shift: Hours will vary depending on need, temporary position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on training and guidance to assigned employee(s).
  • Transfer technical knowledge, processes, and operational best practices.
  • Document procedures, workflows, and job-specific tasks as needed.
  • Answer operational questions and provide clarification during the transition period.
  • Support the team in maintaining continuity of operations.
  • Perform other duties necessary to support the training initiative.

You Must Have:

  • Demonstrated experience in the functional area being trained.
  • Strong knowledge of the processes and procedures used in the role.
  • Ability to clearly communicate instructions and expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and provide structured training.
  • Requirements Within This Position:
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others will understand.
  • Regularly required to remain in a stationary position.
  • Frequently required to move throughout the facility.
