Join Allied Universal at a food and beverage location in an Access Control role where you help manage entry points, greet employees and visitors, verify credentials, issue badges, and track activity using computer and/or tablet systems. You will conduct routine patrols and detailed observations, communicate concerns promptly, and support site teams with customer-focused service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access to a food and beverage manufacturing location by verifying credentials, managing visitor processing, and directing personnel and/or deliveries to the proper entry points.
• Monitor and document inbound and outbound truck traffic, driver check-in, and shipment paperwork as required by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and completing required reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
