Overview

Konica Minolta is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Senior Sales Manager to lead and develop a team of five Sales Executives across the greater Southeast Florida and Miami territories. This highvisibility leadership role is ideal for an experienced sales manager who excels at coaching talent, growing market share, and promoting industryleading print and technology solutions. The position is based out of our Sunrise, FL office.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Talent Development
  • Identify team member strengths, coach for improvement, support career growth, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Promote teambuilding activities that reinforce a strong culture and positive working environment.
Sales Performance Management
  • Set clear goals, monitor sales activity, and ensure the team consistently delivers strong individual and collective results.
  • Track customer insights and team sales interactions to maintain accurate reporting and drive timely followup.
Customer & Internal Relationship Development
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers and internal crossfunctional partners to support growth and collaboration.
Solutions Expertise & Coaching
  • Coach your team and clients on Konica Minolta's full suite of print technologies, solutions, and services.
Territory Expansion & New Business Growth
  • Drive customer acquisition efforts by supporting the team's cold calling, networking, and inperson meetings with prospects and customers throughout the Miami/Southeast Florida territory

Qualifications

  • Successful sales achievements, preferably within the copier, printer, or technologyrelated industries.
  • 4-6 years of proven success selling and managing High Tech or IT products within the Copier & Printer industry, with a strong history of job stability.
  • 4+ years of experience leading successful sales teams, with the ability to directly manage, track, and motivate performance across commercial and majoraccount environments.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated success in full lifecycle sales development.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, management, and organizational skills with a proven record of success.
  • Strong technical and business aptitude, with a passion for continuous learning and goal achievement.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage bottomline profitability, accurately forecast, and lead sales performance in a highgrowth environment.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining excellent internal and external customer relationships.
  • College degree preferred but not required.
