As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to concerns with clear communication and strong customer service. You will support a people-first culture while staying agile, reliable, and innovative, working as a team and acting with integrity on every shift. This is an armed post requiring an Armed Guard Card or License.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with management and public law enforcement as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor entrances, lobbies, and transaction areas; observe for irregular conditions, policy violations, and suspicious behavior, and take appropriate action consistent with post orders.
• Complete security-related reports, document incidents and patrol activities, and communicate key information to the client and Allied Universal leadership using approved systems and radio/phone protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid concealed carry weapons permit.
• Possess a valid armed guard card/license.
• Possess a valid corrections officer license.
• Possess a valid law enforcement officer license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
