Security Officer - Night Patrol

As a Security Officer - Night Patrol in Eagle Mountain, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a dynamic worksite, completing routine rounds, documenting security-related observations, and staying highly visible to help to deter unwanted activity. You will communicate clearly with site contacts and your team, respond to incidents as needed, and deliver customer service with integrity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate key details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the location, including exterior areas, access points, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for unusual conditions such as unauthorized entry, property damage, or hazards, and report observations according to site procedures.
• Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports in a timely, accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Primarily driving post is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
