Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist - Acute Care (R0079870) Empower pediatric care through clinical excellence. The Role As a Pediatric Clinical Pharmacist in acute care, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based pharmacotherapy within a fast-paced pediatric environment. You will collaborate directly with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to clinical decision-making across a wide range of complex cases.
