Unit Coordinator - North 5 (Psych) Job Ref: 33967 Category: Clerical & Administrative Support Location: 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742 Department: North 5 (Psych) Schedule: Part Time Shift: Evening shift Hours: 3pm-11:30pm Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Be the connection that keeps care running smoothly. As a Unit Coordinator on our Behavioral Health team, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless communication between patients, families, and clinical staff. What You'll Do In this role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support by: Serving as the primary point of contact for the unit, interacting with physicians, staff, patients, and families Managing phone calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Supporting daily unit operations, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination tasks Performing accurate data entry and maintaining organized records Assisting clinical staff with administrative needs to support patient care delivery Ensuring clear and timely communication across the interdisciplinary team Maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to all hospital policies and procedures You will report to the Director of Behavioral Health Nursing or their designee. What You Bring Education High School diploma preferred Experience Previous secretarial or administrative experience required Demonstrated computer and word processing skills required Licensure & Certifications CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required within 30 days of hire Key Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Professional telephone etiquette Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Accurate data entry and attention to detail Proficiency with computer systems and office software Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Why Join Us?
