We are currently seeking a Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst, Journeyman to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. Functional Description: Supports the development of program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Acquisition Strategy Reports (ASR), Procurement Initiation Document (PID), Statement of Work (SOW), funding documents, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and Acquisition Program Baseline Agreements (APBA). Assess program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. Attends, participates, supports, analyzes, provides input, develops, prepares and reports on briefs, point papers, reports, correspondence, meetings, conferences, and review boards. Duties will include, but are not limited to: * Knowledge and experience with Acquisition Management System suite, specifically the Program Management Tool (PMT) * Advise PMA/IPTs on Acquisition Regulations, Thresholds, and PMA-276 Acquisition Processes/Procedures. * Support the IPTs in development of all program acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategy documents, Procurement Initiation Documents (PID) creation, Statement of Work (SOW), J&A development, and STRAP development. * Coordinate with IPTs to develop and maintain PID information in the PMT tool ensuring that is current, accurate, complete and tracks them through their lifecycle. * Perform award closeout (updating PMT, posting awarded documents and attachments to SharePoint, etc) for contract actions. * Coordinate Procurement Planning Conferences, Acquisition Strategy Briefs, generate Procurement Planning Agreements and ensure routing and approval. * Generate informational reports and visualizations utilizing the PMT database and other information available in the PMA. * Host and manage bi-weekly PMA Contract Status Meetings. * Serve as the single point of entry/dispersal/and reply for all data calls and external requests for information. Required Experience: Journeyman - Three (3) to Ten (10) years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description. Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree Bachelor's Degree plus Four (4)years additional work experience may be substituted for a Master's Allowable Substitutions: The following substitutions are permitted for this task order (unless otherwise specified under the labor category information below): Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. OR Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Desired Experience: Knowledge of NAVAIR Program Management Tool (PMT) and/or Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Tool. Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26-$117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
