Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individual outpatient therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and other clinical modalities
* Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate accurate DSM-based diagnoses
* Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans to support client progress and outcomes
* Build strong therapeutic relationships while delivering high-quality, client-centered care
* Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
* Respond promptly to client needs, including urgent situations, in both in-person and virtual settings
* Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination
* Communicate proactively regarding clinical concerns that may impact clients or program operations
* Demonstrate sound clinical judgment, professionalism, and ethical decision-making
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
* Master's degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field
* OR Master's degree in a related field with:
* At least 24 graduate-level semester hours in behavioral health-related coursework
* Coursework and experience in clinical treatment, assessment, psychopathology, and DSM diagnosis
* Active licensure required: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
* Clinical experience required (may include graduate-level practicum or internship experience)
* Experience working with children and adolescents preferred
* Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

* Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
* Ability to utilize EHR systems and clinical documentation tools effectively
* Excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and virtual formats
* Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating within a team environment
