THE ROLE:

The Lenovo Global Data Center Sales Manager will drive strategic growth initiatives between AMD and Lenovo across the global data center business. This role is responsible for accelerating revenue growth, securing platform design wins, expanding end-user engagement, and building a strong future business pipeline.

Success in this role requires deep collaboration between AMD and Lenovo to align long-term strategies and translate those strategies into actionable execution plans. The successful candidate will help evolve the partnership from transactional engagement toward a more strategic, structured collaboration that maximizes the combined strengths of both organizations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner closely with Lenovo to develop long-term, mutually beneficial data center growth strategies
  • Translate joint strategies into clear execution plans that drive measurable business results
  • Collaborate across AMD and Lenovo organizations to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives
  • Own and drive the joint data center growth plan, including revenue, market share, and margin targets
  • Maximize design win opportunities across AMD data center technologies, including EPYC CPUs and Instinct GPUs
  • Work cross-functionally with AMD and Lenovo product, engineering, and business teams to improve platform readiness and accelerate product adoption
  • Engage directly with end customers to expand CSP and enterprise SMB coverage and drive adoption of AMD-powered Lenovo solutions
  • Strengthen AMD and Lenovo's joint technology leadership across cloud, enterprise, and AI-driven data center workloads

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven ability to think strategically about where technology innovation, customer needs, and market opportunity intersect
  • Strong experience in technical sales or design-win environments within the data center ecosystem
  • Demonstrated success building trusted relationships across internal teams and large customer organizations
  • Ability to influence across complex matrix organizations and global teams
  • Experience working with server OEMs, hyperscalers, CSPs, or enterprise infrastructure customers
  • Deep understanding of data center architectures, including CPUs, GPUs, accelerators, and AI infrastructure trends
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology required
  • MBA preferred
