Overview ABOUT THE POSITION Landscape Architect- Manasquan, Princton, Newark, NJ We are currently seeking a Landscape Architect to join our growing Land Development team in New Jersey. This is a unique opportunity to take on meaningful project work across a wide range of markets, including parks and recreation, coastal resiliency, real estate, institutional (universities and healthcare), state and local capital projects and National Park Service projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who thrives in leading projects and mentoring junior landscape architects. You will be responsible for pursuing, planning, organizing, and supervising projects, with independent judgment in analyzing all technical aspects of projects. Responsibilities also include client development, proposal writing, contract management, and recommending landscape architectural design solutions. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Manages, plans, develops, organizes, and implements project design concepts and criteria throughout all phases of project work, from planning and design development to construction documentation and administration.
Minimum Qualifications:
Our best estimate of the salary range for this position located in New Jersey is $98,000-125,000. This offer is determined based on a number of job-related factors including internal comparators, skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities and geographic location.
