Oral Surgery Dental Attending - Woodhull Medical Center

NYU Grossman School of Medicine, an affiliate of Woodhull Medical Center, is seeking a full-time Cardiology Attending Physician to join our progressive and team-oriented Medicine Division at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center. Located in the heart of North Brooklyn, Woodhull is a 400-bed Level II Trauma Center and a vital part of the NYC Health + Hospitals network, serving the diverse communities of Williamsburg, Bushwick, and Greenpoint.

In addition, Woodhull Medical Center is actively recruiting a full-time Oral Surgery Dental Attending to join our dynamic Department of Dentistry. This is an exciting opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is passionate about providing high-quality care in a public health setting and committed to teaching and mentoring dental residents.

Position Highlights:

* Provide comprehensive oral surgery services to a diverse patient population

* Supervise and educate dental residents in clinical and surgical settings

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across departments including medicine, emergency, and anesthesia

* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental development

Qualifications:

* DDS/DMD degree and completion of an accredited oral and maxillofacial surgery residency

* Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery

* Eligibility for New York State dental licensure

* Strong commitment to clinical excellence, education, and community health

We offer a competitive compensation package with a shift differential and a stimulating work environment, which includes the following:

Annual Base Salary: is $210,000-$270,000

*403B/457 participation inclusive of a 10% employer contribution with no employee match required

*Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement ranging from $3000-$3500 inclusive of one week of paid CME time

*Projected annual revenue sharing payments of up to $30,000 contingent upon meeting required productivity and compliance metrics

*24 Annual vacations days, 12 Sick Days, 12 recognized Holidays
